What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our brand specializes in 14k solid gold and 18k solid gold. All gems are mined from natural mines.

How does the customization process work?

Your order is usually drafted by the design agency first, and you confirm that the product details are correct, we will use the computer to draw CAD drawings, and generate abrasive tools in the factory, and finally through a series of polishing, engraving, gem setting, to complete your final work, and confirm with you

Do you offer certification for diamonds and gemstones?

Of course, in order to prove the unity of the brand, we can provide you with a certificate, this includes natural diamonds and colored gemstones, but there is a fee for providing a specific certificate, such as a GIA certificate, we need to charge you an additional $200 per product certificate for issuing the certificate

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

We offer two packaging options: standard packaging and gift packaging. Gift packaging requires an additional $30 fee.

How can I care for and clean my jewelry?

Gold Care: Avoid pulling to prevent deformation; avoid contact with cosmetics and perfumes to prevent discoloration; avoid contact with seawater to prevent black spots; don't wear gold and silver together to prevent mutual influence on color.
Diamond/Gemstone Care: Store separately to avoid friction; avoid wearing with gold; clean regularly to remove oil stains.
