    STEP TWO: Our designers create digital renderings which we will email to you for review. Now if your time to make edits! We will repeat this process until the design meets your approval.

    STEP THREE: Once design is finalized, we will email you a custom invoice to complete your order. Production will begin after the invoice has been paid and takes about 4-5 weeks!

    STEP FOUR: Your dream design is complete & on it's way to you ready for your perfect moment! It will be securely mailed with discreet 2-day insured FedEx shipping.

We offer 3D resin models for custom designs only, for an additional fee, giving you a chance to see your design before it's approved for production! Consult with one of your design specialists for more information.

Do you offer engraving services?

Yes, we're happy to provide engraving services, but there's a $20 charge for engraving.

Can I make changes to my design after placing the order?

We're sorry, but once your order is confirmed, we can't make any modifications. So please ensure your thoughts are clear before placing your order. Each item is crafted with care, so please double-check your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide global shipping services. However, please note that for destinations outside the US, additional postage fees may apply, along with potential taxes, which are your responsibility.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Custom orders typically take 7-12 business days to complete.

Can I see a preview of my custom design before purchase?

Before finalizing your order, we'll provide you with a visual representation of the end product, including designer sketches and computer-aided design (CAD) images.

How does the customization process work?

Your order is usually drafted by the design agency first, and you confirm that the product details are correct, we will use the computer to draw CAD drawings, and generate abrasive tools in the factory, and finally through a series of polishing, engraving, gem setting, to complete your final work, and confirm with you
